Is your driver's seat lower cushion foam squashed, sagging, falling apart?  I have just completed the manufacture of brand new, replacement lower seat cushion foam for all 140, 160, 240 and 260 vehicles.  My initial run of 100 pieces has arrived and parts are in stock for immediate shipment.  Parts are molded from modern, high density, polyurethane and include a rust-proofed, steel support plate.  The plate has clips underneath to attach to OEM style wire baskets as well as tabs on top to hog ring the seat covers to.

There is currently NO lower cushion foam available from Volvo.  This is the only molded replacement cushion available to my knowledge.  Please contact me via phone or website mail for details. 

Development has begun for foam to rebuild the seat backs in two styles:  Pre-'86 and '86 and up.   

Please note:  Foam may require minor trimming for 140 and 160 applications, as well as for GL "Button Tufted" seats for 240s.  These cushions will not fit 262C Bertone "pillow top" seats.
