262c Bertone's began life as 242s.  They were shipped to Bertone in Italy where the entire top was removed and replaced with new sheet metal.  Special glass, customer interior, and  Peugeot/Renault/Volvo (PRV) alloy, V-6 engines with BW-35 three speed automatic trans or the rare, M-46 four speed with overdrive trans.  Special moldings and emblems and vinyl tops on certain colors.
